Jam Ingredients

  • 300 g peaches, about 2 peaches quartered
  • 300 g Figs, about 6 figs halved
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and quartered
  • 350 g raw sugar
  • 35 g Jam Setta
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.5 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Jam
  1. Place peaches, figs and apple in the bowl and chop speed 7 for 3 seconds (or until small)

    Add sugar

    Cook 40 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1

    Add ginger, cinnamon and jam setta cook 5 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1

    Pour into steralized jars (to steralize I put in steamer and steam for a few minutes). Seal tightly and turn upside down to create a vacuum seal.

    I didn’t have any peaches so I just made fig jam. I also used a whole sachet of jamsetta. Just had a taste and so delicious.

    Yum Yum, delicous thankyou! i didnt have raw sugar so swapped to brown sugar.
