Just saying... This freezes beautifully. You can still scoop out portions from frozen. I have been meaning to spoon out little portions of the frozen sauce to put in cupcake batter as a delicious surprise but it gets eaten too quickly...!!

Made a double batch, cooked for 18minutes to make it nice and thick, so yum! And the smell while it is cooking !!!! I also used 2 vanilla beans from my extract and blitzed all the ingredients together on speed 8 at the start (about 5 seconds)
