I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add garlic, ginger, onion, corriander, cumin, tumeric, chilli flakes and 80g water to TMX bowl. Cook on speed 2, 100 degrees, 2 minutes.
Add stock, water and tomato paste. Cook on speed 2, 100 degrees, 7 minutes or until boiling.
Add steak. Cook on reverse, speed spoon, 100 degrees, 30 minutes, MC ON.
After this cooking time, cook for a further 20 minutes, reverse, speed spoon, VAROMA temp, MC OFF *** this is to reduce the sauce so its nice and thick! Watch it closely, at 20 minutes check to see if the meat is tender and there is still a small amount of gravy left It is not a saucy curry but you dont want the beef to abdorb all of the liquid
Serve with cauli rice

Beautiful. Family LOVED it. The recipe is now on my rotation
I 100% failed this recipie. Not sure how / why! It was very very runny, as in lots of liquid and my meat was tough. Possible the type of meat I got. But chuck normally works well for me. I gave rating for how yummy it smells
I made this last night and it was perfect. The beauty of it is that most of the items are pantry items so it is an easy meal to make. I did however, add a bit of a cornflour mix towards the end because mine didn't seem to thicken up much. I used casserole steak which turned out nice as well. Will definitely make this again.
Thank you for this yummy recipe.
I used less water and used fresh ginger, onion and garlic. It is so easy to make and tastes great. Thank you!!
Easy and tasty used fresh onion garlic and ginger. Served with corn and beans
This went down a treat with my husband as there wasn't too much liquid in it. He said it tasted just like the Indian restaurants make it. It was easy and delicious!

I also cannot believe how rude the comment was.
I have not cooked this recipe as yet but will in the next couple of weeks as sounds delicious.
I have cooked quite a few of recipes in the community and if I find they are too watery or too bland I just adjust the recipe to my taste.
Bila: Can I ask how you would feel if you got this sort of feedback on a recipe that you submitted? Especially when all of your other reviews were positive? There is no need to be so rude. State that it wasn't your taste and where it failed for you (ever think this might be something you did by the way), but dont be so horrible.
For me, this was a little bland but that's probably because I didn't add chilli due to the kids.
This was more of a beed stew to me my partner liked it but I wasn't too keen
