Ingredients

Spicy White Bean Dip/Spread

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 1 lemon, zest & juice
  • 10g Fresh corriander leaves
  • 400g canned cannellini beans, or cooked
  • 20g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • salt & peper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Spicy White Bean Dip/Spread
  1. Place garlic, chilli, lemon zest & fresh corriander into TM bowl chop for 10 secs speed 10. Scrape down the bowl add the remaining ingredients & use the turbo button a couple of times for a chuncky texture.

Tip

You could use lime instead of lemon if you wish.

Great spread on toast with tomato as per the 2nd pic.

    Very nice flavour. Next time I'll just use a handful of coriander rather than weigh out 10g .... I don't think my scales measured accurately as the dip looked a lot greener than the photo! Thanks for sharing.

    Yummy!  I used lime and a little hot chili from my garden.  So good, I could eat this by the spoonful.
