  • 2 limes, zest & juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 80g tahini
  • 400g cooked chickpeas
  • 25g fresh mint leaves
  • 50g rocket
  • himalayan salt to taste
  • cracked pepper
  • 1tsp cumin ground
  • 1tsp sumac ground

    Thermie Green Hummus
  1. Place lime zest & garlic into the TM bowl & chop for 10 secs, speed10, then add all reamining ingredients & process for 5 secs speed 10, you may need to scrape down the sides of the bowl & mix for another 5 secs on speed 10.

Tip

To serve sprinkle with extra sumac & drizzle with your favourite oil to serve ie olive oil, green tea seeds oil or avocado oil.

 

This dip is delcious served with thick cucumber slices & celery sticks instead of crackers.

    Not bad, but mine turned out a little dry and maybe a bit too peppery from the rocket. I was a bit disappointed I couldn't really taste the lime or mint. (I used all the good leaves from a whole bunch of supermarket mint.)
