I made this recipe tonight with 500g pork mince and one Apple and my son put them on the barbecue ...they were so moist and delicious ...the seasoning was perfect ...and I look forward to making them again ...had a left over one when it was cold and it tasted great.

Great taste! Yum. Shaped into patties would make an equally good hamburger. Will definitely make again in preference to store bought. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Delicious, thanks for the recipe.  The kids love them and I love that I know what ingredients have been put into them!

Great fresh taste from herbs. I made without pork and paprika as I didn't have them and they were really tasty. I threw the apple, red onion and herbs in thermy first at speed 6 for 2 seconds to chop finely and then added all other ingredients and they worked well. Thanks for the recipe, it was so quick and fuss free that I will definitely be making again.

These were great but used ham (which I already had) instead of pork

and one slice of wholemeal bread (crumbs).

Made them into sausage shapes & rolled them in flour.

Cooked in a non-stick pan with a little EVO & butter.

Why would you ever buy sausages again?
