  • 1/4 Cup flaked coconut, (Shredded or fresh is great too)
  • 3 shallots, (Ends trimmed, Diced)
  • 1/2 cup coriander, (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup cashews
  • 2 tsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Drops of rosewater
