- 3 shallots, (Ends trimmed, Diced)
- 1/2 cup coriander, (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup cashews
- 2 tsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 Drops of rosewater
