TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Bizzare thing is that I'm not a fan of most of the ingredients on their own but I just LOVE this salad !

Very easy and tasty with some tweaking! Found it overly sweet and needing salt. When I made it the second time, I used 20g of sugar instead of 75g, added 3 red chillies and a few generous dashes of soy sauce. Also had to chop/hand mix/chop repeatedly quite a few times. Had it in a wrap with some chicken- yum!
A little mild on the flavour, and we had a bit of trouble chopping ingredients consistently - next time, more sauce, and more mixing between bursts of chopping!

Even my seven year old son loved this and asked for seconds!
I made this today with cashews, 40g guava vinegar and 30g of raw sugar.....delicious! Thanks for posting.
I would love to make this but only have apple cider vinegar or a guava vinegar. Would either work?
Delish! I would make the dressing separately next time as there was a little too much. Loved it though - thanks for sharing.
Made it today. Easy and delicious!!!!
Great salad and like the name suggests, very colourful! I've just made it for the 2nd time in 2 days!
