  • 1 1 clove of garlic
  • 250g bacon, rough;y chopped
  • 1/2 1 medium zucchini, neatly diced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and neatly diced
  • 1 can 420g creamed corn
  • 1 litre chicken stock
  • dash grapeseed oil (or oil of your choice)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, chilli and garlic in bowl.  Speed 7 for 5 secs.

    Scrape down sides and repeat at speed 7 for 5 secs.

    Add bacon, Closed lid"Closed lid" turbo pulse 2 - 3 times and then once Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    Scrape down sides.

    10mins 100degrees Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    While this is cooking prepare and add carrot and zucchini through hole in lid.

    Add creamed corn and stock.

    5 secs speed 3

    12mins 100 degrees Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    Enjoy with toasted buckwheat loaf fresh from oven.
