    Delicious - and absolutely failsafe.
A big hit with all including Miss "almost 5" year old..... served with fresh bread rolls - yum ! This will be a regular through winter.

Note: I used too much of the thermomix vegetable stock (still getting used to it) and was initially very salty but after googling what to do used the "add raw potato to soak up the salt" trick and it actually worked !

Jusr be aware that Onion is NOT suitable for failsafe but leek and garlic are ok.

I added 600ml of water, I didn't have parsnip, swede or snow peas tmrc_emoticons.( so I grated some zucchini at 3mins to go. Kids loved it!
