Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 centimetre Fresh Turmeric, or dried powder
- 1-2 rasher bacon, optional
- 250-300 gram roughly chopped vegetable, eg beetroot, carrot, parsnip
- 20 gram oil or other fat
- 200-250 gram stock, eg beef, chicken, fish or veg
- 3 or 4 Mushrooms sliced
- 1-2 eggs

Add garlic, turmeric and bacon to bowl. Chop 3 sec/sp 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add oil or fat to bowl. Saute 3 mins/Varoma/sp 2.
Add roughly chopped vegetables to bowl. Chop 3 sec/sp 7. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add stock and mushrooms to bowl.
Put oiled basket into bowl. Cook 10 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" sp 2. Add egg/s to simmer basket and cook 3-4 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" sp 2.
Tip
Sprinkled Dulse flakes adds another nourishing ingredient.
