Ingredients
Soup
- 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-2 centimetre ginger fresh
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 700 gram cauliflower florets
- 100 gram potato, peeled and cubed
- 800 gram water
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock concentrate
- 180 gram cream
- 20 gram Grapeseed Oil, or Vegetable oil
Curry Powder
- 20 gram coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp cummin seeds
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Cardamon seeds, or cardamon powder
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- 5 centimetre cinnamon quill
- 2 small dried red chillis, or 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Place onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Add oil and saute 3 min/100C/speed 1.
2. Add curry powder or paste and saute 1 min/100C/speed 1.
3. Add cauliflower, potato, water and stock concentrate and cook 20 min/100C/speed 1.
4. To puree soup slowly turn dial up speed 7 and puree for 1 min.
5. Add cream and heat through for 2 min/80C/speed 2.
6. Ladle soup into serving bowls. Serve with pappdums if you like.
Place all curry powder ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 4 min/Varoma/speed 1.
2. Mill 60 sec/speed 9.
3. Store curry powder in sealed glass jar.

Tip
You can use curry paste instead of curry powder.
You can use bought curry powder if you haven't got all the spices to make your own.
You can use liquid chicken stock instead of vegetable stock and water.
