Fairly spicy. I used 2 kaffir lime leaves, 400 ml of coconut cream and 1 kg of pumpkin. I was happy with the consistency. I ended up adding 1 tablespoon of brown sugar which I believe improved the flavour.
Wow fantastic Used about 700 gms pumpkin and 270 mls coconut cream. Fantastic recipe. Thank you
Delicious flavours and spicey
Very delicious! Have made this so many times and a favourite of my family. It is not a thick soup like the image though.
I'm not a confident cook this soup recipe is Devine and fool proof.
Beautiful soup, so many flavours. Added to small serve of chicken and rice in bowl and topped with spouts and lime juice. Soooo Yummmm.
thanks.
This soup is delicious! What a way to get my thai cravings sorted. The only thing is that is a runny soup, so I have to use more pumpkin and less liquid to make it thicker
Beautiful soup. Made into a bigger meal by adding left over cooked chicken pieces & prepared thin glass noodles in bottom of soup bowl. Poured soup over & then a handful of bean sprouts for crunch. YUM 👏🏻
Delicious! Perfectly spicy and fragrant. Thank you!
Absolutely divine. Thanks for recipe. I added a bit of roasted pumpkin to thicken it up a bit but it tasted fine before that just wanted it a bit thicker. Will definitely make again
