Ingredients

- 100 g pork, diced
- 1 brown onion
- 10 pieces chinese dried mushrooms, Soaked till soft
- 1 portion tofu, firm, (about 10cm x 10cm block)
- 1 carrot, Julienne
Seasonning
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1.5 litre stock or water
- 1 heaped teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon black vinegar
Thickening
- 4 tablespoon Corn Flour, stir in 2 tbsp water
- 1 egg, beaten

1, Put onion,pork dice chopped for 10 sec speed 7
2, Add mushroom chopped fot 5 sec at speed 7
3, Add oil 1min, veroma, speed 1
4, Add carrot, oyster sauce and the stock cook for 5 min veroma speed 2.
5, Add tofu 12min veroma speed 2
6, Lastly set 1min veroma speed 2 Through the hole add in the rest of the seasoning, the corn flout water and egg.
Tip
Using the Gluten free cornflour for the Gleten free
