Ingredients
Dough
- 310 grams warm water
- 510 grams plain flour
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 30 grams olive oil
- 25 grams grated cheese
Topping
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 2 Cups Diced Bacon

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place water, yeast and sugar in bowl and warm for 1 minute, 37c, Speed 1
Add flour, oil, salt and cheese mix 6 seconds & speed 6
"Closed lid" Then knead for 3 minutes. "Dough mode"
Wrap & allow to rise for aprox 1 hour
Pre heat oven 180 degrees.
Divide into 12 portions.
Roll each into a ball then place onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Flatten a little by hand.
Top with cheese then bacon. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

Made these the other day... They were ok, not exactly what i was hoping them to be.
More like cheese & bacon scons.
If i make again, I will swap the grated cheese to a slice of cheese to cover the roll better.

Made these with gluten free flour, worked wonderfully! Very tasty.
Easy and tasty. Fidnt need as much bacon and cheese. Will make again.
Note to self- try egg wash first before cheese to help it stick. Try 8 rolls next time.
So easy and great tasting rolls. I just need a way to pack more cheese & bacon on top without it slipping off whilst cooking - YUM. (2nd attempt - just push the bacon into the cheese rather than sprinkle on top) tastes even better 😄👌🏻
