Ingredients

Cheesy Sweet Chilli Scrolls

  • 230 grams cheese
  • 300 grams flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 250 grams Milk

Filling

  • 100 grams Shaved Ham
  • 100 grams Sweet chilli sauce
  • 100 grams feta cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh cheese into mixing bowl and grate 5 sec on Speed 8
  2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, smoked paprika and milk into bowl. Mix for 5 seconds speed 4, then knead for 1 min
  3. Tip the sticky dough onto lightly floured silicon mat and roll out into rectangle. Spread dough with sweet chilli sauce, a single layer of ham and crumble feta over top.
  4. Cut scroll dough with dough cutter into 5 cm widths and roll into scrolls.
  5. Cook at 200 degrees C for 25 mins non fan forced (reduce time if fan forced oven)
