I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
preheat oven to 180c
Prepare pastry from EDC, have at room temp or if using sheets have them separated and thawed
place onion, zuchinni, carrot in "Closed lid" and chop 7 sec speed 7-drain off any excess liquid from the vegetables and set aside
in a big bowl place your mince, chutney and tomato relish aswell as your vegetables and mix to see consistancy, add your egg and breadcrumbs, you may need more less depending on your veg
roll out your pastry or peel off sheet of prepared pastry and take 4 tablespoons of mixture and spread along the bottom of your pastry. roll over and cut excess, you can leave these as big sausage rolls or as individual ones.
place on lined tray
mix your other egg and milk and with a pastry brush, brush over sausage rolls
if desired sprinkle over poppy seeds/sesame seeds
bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Tip
These freeze really well, i freeze in a large tupperware container and when defrosting i just open the side of the lid and they arent wet, wrap in foil to reheat or microwave

I have made these before and am going to make again today. Great flavour. Made with beef mince as i don't use sausage mince at all, and frozen puff pastry.
