Mums quiche
- 100 g Full Strength Jatz Biscuits
- 4 pieces bacon
- 170 g cheese
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 250 g Milk, (1 cup)
- parsley, (optional)
- 1 clove garlic

1. Add jatz to bowl. Slowly work your way up to speed 6 for 15 seconds. Scrape down sides and work your way up to speed 6 again for a further 10 seconds or until biscuit has broken down into crumbs. Set aside in a clean glass bowl.
2. Add cheese, carrot, onion, parlsey and garlic to bowl. Work your way up to speed 6 for 10 seconds. Scrape down bowl and work your way up to speed 6 again until ingredients have grated. Add mixture to jatz mixture.
3. Add bacon and work your way up to speed 4 for 15 seconds. Scrape down bowl and work your way up again to speed 5 until bacon has reached desired size.
4. Add bacon to the mixture in the glass bowl. Add milk and eggs and mix until mixed through.
5. Spray a quiche dish (I use coconut spray) and spread out mixture evently with a spoon.
6. Place in oven for until cooked through (approx 30 mins) on 160 degrees.
Tip
I use fresh organic ingredients. Recipe easy enough to be modified. Please let me know if I have missed any steps
Can be frozen.
