Ingredients
- 150 g Gluten free plain flour
- 90 g Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
- 150 g raw sugae
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g choc chips
- extra choc chips

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Grease a 12 cup muffin tray
Mill raw sugar for 5 secs / speed 9
Add dark chocolate pieces to sugar and grind for 5 secs / speed 9
Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and mix 30 secs / speed 4
Add the 100g chocolate chips and mix 10sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4
Spoon batter into each muffin hole
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top
Bake for 15-18minutes
Allow to cool or eat warm from the oven!
