I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Mill chia, quinoa and tapioca for 1 minute / speed 9. Scrape bowl if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine 20 seconds / speed 5. Scrape bowl and check consistency, if it is too thick add 10g water at a time, you want it to be a fairly thin mixture.
Shallow fry in your choice of oil (I used coconut oil). This quantity will make 6 small wraps. The recipe can easily be doubled if required.

Tip
Add sunflower seeds, pepitas, linseeds or other seeds to the mix for texture if you like. Add after milling.

Comments
It should be like a thin crepe mix. Too think and it won't cook through properly
Best wrap yet. Quick and easy for dipping in my soup! Love the taste and texture. Made up water to 150g+ so that the mix spread thinly in the pan. Thank you
Thank you for the recipe, we had these for dinner with with chicken, salad and ranch dressing.
Delicious !
Beautiful wraps, I added more water and doubled the recipe. To the single recipe I added around another 50ml water, also good with almond milk as extra. They make awesome pizza bases also, after cooking on stove top in non stick pan, I placed in the over on 240 Celsius till golden brown. Delish!!
Recipe sounds great, however just a bit confused where you state the mixture should be 'thin'. Then no instructions re rolling out before frying like you would do for a wrap or Roti bread or whether to pour the batter into a pan like a thin pancake.
Q: quinoa flakes or seeds? Do you rinse it first? And I think cooking time must be wrong
