White Bread
- 300 grams water
- 2 teaspoons dried yeast
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 15 grams olive oil
- 2 teaspoons bread improver
- 600 grams white bakers flour
- 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes

1. Place water, yeast and sugar into Thermomix bowl and heat 1 min 30 seconds/37C/speed 2
2. Add oil, bread improver, salt and flour and knead 10mins interval setting.
3. Let rise the dough rise in thermomix bowl (or oiled bowl) for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Knock down and knead a second time for 30 seconds
5. Place dough in a bread tin (see additional tip) and shape to bottom of tin. Let bread rise for about 15/20 mins until the tin is just over half full.
6. Place in a cold over with settiing temp to 200 degrees. Bake for 45mins.

Tip
To make the perfect rectangle shaped bread you will need to use a bread tin that has a lid. I use a Wilshire bread tin with a sliding lid (dimensions 4.5inch W x 8.5inch L x 4inch H).
