I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Once risen, roll dough onto ThermoMat into a large rectangular shape and cover with pizza sauce.
Place arrange pineapple, ham and pepperoni evenly across dough then, using the spatula, cut dough into 3 - 4 cm strips.
Take each strip and fold into a concertina before placing into a 26 cm springform cake tin, cut side up. Repeat with remaining strips, each strip touching the next. Place into the oven to bake for 40 - 45 minutes and enjoy!

I made this and the dough was enough to fill two of my round cake tins. Beautiful light dough and the kids enjoyed the result. I didn't measure my topping ingredients, but would add a little extra next time. Thanks for the recipe. I'll definitely be experimenting with some variations.
One of the first dishes I made with the Thermomix. The whole family loved it!!! I think I put a bit to much topping on though, as I had to make scrolls, but it was just as delicious
I'm going to make one today so will try and remember to take a photo! ! Happy Mothers Day.

Hey!
Any chance you can pop a pic up of what it is meant to look like before you pop it in the oven?
Cheers
I just made this and it was amazaballing. I used left over "Garden Fresh Tomato Soup" for the sauce. Thanks
