Brownie Batter
- 225 grams milk chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 250 grams Butter
- 1 cup plain flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 Cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Line slice pan with baking paper Add chocolate, butter, brown sugar to jug and melt 70 degrees 5 minutes sp 1 (may melt quicker)
When melted add eggs and bananas blitz on sp 5 for 10 seconds
Add vanilla essence flour baking powder and nuts, blitz 10 seconds sp 4. Pour into slice pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Tip
Make sure you put the measuring cup on the lid before you blitz the eggs into the mix.
