  • 1/2 395 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 220 grams milk chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush biscuits 6 Seconds/Speed 6. Set aside.

  2. Crush Clinkers 6 Seconds/Speed 6. Set aside with biscuits.

  3. Add Condensed milk and butter to empty bowl and melt for 1.5 minutes/60 degrees/counter-clockwise operation/Speed 2

  4. Add reserved biscuits and clinker crumbs. Combine 20 Seconds/counter-clockwise operation/Speed 4. Repeat if necessary.

  5. Press into slice tin. Place in fridge to set slightly.

  6. Break chocolate into pieces, place into bowl. Grate 10 Seconds/Speed 9. Melt 2 minutes/50 degrees/Speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl. Pour chocolate over slice. Place in fridge to set.

    A yummy, easy recipe for kids parties. I just made it for the third time and I forgot to blitz the clinkers for less time...I think that's all it needs.

    YUM! So delicious and SUPER easy.

    I used one bag clinkers and one pack biscuits (slightly less than the recipe called for on each by weight) and it was still PERFECT and super YUM! I also blitzed the clinkers for only 3 secs - we like it a bit chunkier!!!

    Soooo yummy! Everyone loved it. I would double the chocolate topping though so it's thicker but that is because I love a thick chocolate topping.
