Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 80 grams almonds
  • 80 grams Cashews
  • 200 grams pitted dates, Dried
  • 25 grams Protein Powder of your Choice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence

Sprinkling

  • 1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Add almonds, cashews and dates into TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" for 30 seconds at speed 9

  2. Step 2

    Add protein powder, cinammon and vanilla essence into TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" for 10 seconds at speed 3

  3. Step 3 

    Roll mixture into balls and place in a container with a lid. Once finished rolling all of the mixture into balls, scatter some desiccated coconut into bowl, put the lid on and shake it.  This allows the balls to get an even coating of the coconut. 

Tip

I used chocolate protein powder but you can use any flavour.
