I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Chop cashews in speed 4 for 5 seconds.
2. Add maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt and mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds.
3. Spoon mix into silicon mini cup cake molds (to about 3/4 full).
4. Make chocolate by mixing coconut oil, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Top snickers mixture in molds. (Swirl through or spread to cover).
5. Freeze.
Tip
Peanut allergy? Sub peanut butter for any nut butter. I made cashew butter and subbed it in, it worked well.
Love peanuts? Add crushed peanuts to snickers batter (I found there was enough using crunchy peanut butter).
