Ingredients

Chocolate Pudding

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 80 g Self Raising Flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 50 gram Milk

Caramel Sauce

  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 110 g cream
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Pudding
  1. Place butter and sugar into mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl

    Add egg and vanilla essence and combine for 5 sec/speed 5

    Add flour cocoa and combine 15 sec/ speed 4 scrape down sides of bowl

    Add milk and blend for 30 sec / speed 4

    Place silicon egg poacher mould into varoma and pour mixture into moulds

    Place 1000g luke warm water into mixing bowl, place varoma into position and steam 20min/varoma/speed 2

  2. Caramel sauce
  3. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 6 min/80°C /speed 4

    Remove cakes from moulds and pour sauce over puddings.

    Optional: serve with ice cream for an extra naughty treat.
