Ingredients
- 250 grams Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
- 4 x 55 grams Turkish Delight Bars, Roughly Chopped
- 90 grams Butter
- 1/2 395 grams Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1 1/2 Cups icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoons Boiling water

Crush biscuits 6 seconds/speed 6. Set aside.
Roughly chop Turkish Delight Bars into cubes by hand (It is too sticky for the TM). Set aside in a bowl with biscuits and add the coconut also.
Add condensed milk and butter to empty TM bowl and melt for 1.5 minutes/60°C//speed 2.
Add reserved biscuits, Turkish Delight and coconut into the TM bowl. Combine 20 seconds//speed 4. Repeat if necessary.
Press into slice tin. Place in fridge to set slightly.
In a bowl mix icing sugar, cocoa and water until desired consistency is achieved. Pour over the slice then return it to the fridge to set.
