2 Limes, halved
120 g Tequila
60 g Cointreau, or triple sec
Handful ice

Recipe's preparation

Place limes in mixing bowl and juice 10 seconds, Reverse, Sp3.5.

Remove limes and pour juice into a bowl to the side. Can strain if you'd prefer.

Place tequila, cointreau, lime juice and ice in bowl and mix 6 seconds, reverse, speed 3.

Dip rim of glasses in a shallow plate of water then into salt.

Pour maragita into glasses and garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
