I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- In Cutter, grate carrot.
- In bowl, place onions and chop 5 sec/speed 4. Scape sides, chop 2 sec/speed 4.
- Add to bowl with sausage meat, basil, mixed herbs, salt, peppar, relish and egg and mix together "Dough mode" /30 sec. Scrape sides of bowls and mix again "Dough mode" /15 sec.
4. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
5. Line 2 large oven trays with baking paper.
6. Lay out 4 sheets of Pastry, divide mixture between them evenly.
7. I place mixture down 1 edge of sheet then squeeze a line of plum sauce over top for more flavouring and roll up. This makes reasonable size sausage rolls. I tend to cut each into 4 and brush with additional egg.
8. Place on tray and cook for 20mins (rough estimate) or until nice and golden brown.

Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
