Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I wasn't a fan of this recipe.
I found the mince didn't have any flavour and was mashed too thin for our liking.
There's also no mention of when to add the chilli
Unfortunately this isn't that great. Very bland. Added Tomato Paste which made it a little better. But probably would'nt make this again.
I added some kidney beans to the meat
OMG i loved it and so did my friends
thank you
I would not make this again. The meat was very bland and I had to add heaps of salt.
very nice and easy. I stirred through a can of kidney beans before popping in the oven, and if you like it spicy you can probably add some more spices as it is a little bland - next time I might even just use a mexican seasoning pack substituted in for the spices. However, super easy - and mexican is always a clear winner in our house.
Tried this the other night, very nice, its now on my do it again list. thanks
