For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation
- Using TM Cutter, 5 pieces shallots, 3 cloves garlic. Put them into mixing bowl.
- Add 8 grams oil. Cook 5 min / 120 C / sp.1
- Pour 1500 grams drinking water. Kettle mode 100 C
- Add 200 gramsBoneless Skinless Chicken Thigh, dice, 1 piece Potato, 1 piece Carrot. Cook 15 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
- Add 2 pieces celery, 3 pieces sausages, 180 grams Ma Ling. Add 1 teaspoon white sugar, 12 grams salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, 2 grams Chicken powder.Cook 3 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.spoon
