Add capsicum and chop for 3 seconds on speed 3-4.
Add olive oil and saute for 5 minutes on Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Add spices. Saute for 1 minute on Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Add mince. Cook for 10 minutes on Varoma temperature, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" , remove the MC and place the basket on top of the TM lid.
Add kidney beans & soup. Cook 10 minutes 100 degrees on "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" still with MC removed and basket on top to allow the sauce to reduce.
Meanwhile, place the avocado in a small bowl. Use a fork to mash until almost smooth. Add the lime juice and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the chilli con carne among serving bowls. Top with avocado and coriander leave. Serve with corn chips, sour cream and lime wedges.

To thicken i drained the meat off once cooked using TM basket not watery at the end of cooking time Tastes good used the tomato soup and substituted kidney beans for chick peas and added a heaped teaspoon of cinamon and additional chilli flakes
I've made this a dozen times. It's super easy and kid friendly. I dish the kids meals up first then add some cayenne pepper for the adults and it's a winner everytime.
After all the reviews I was looking forward to
cooking this dish.
I am afraid I was completely dissapointed as to me the dish has no flavour.
Will not cook again
This is a family favourite, I double ingredients as we have teenage boys. Spices are mild so if you like chilli alter the spices. I often use a tin of tomatoes and the soup.
This was delicious! Didnt have any sweet paprika so used normal ground paprika but that didnt make a difference. Ill add a touch more chilli next time as we like a bit of spice.
Heaps left over so will have with some steamed rice tomorrow
Very delicious! I had my doubts about the tomato soup but oh my it was awesome! Thanks so much for converting this. 👌🏼
Just made this for the first time tonight...its amazing !!!!
Very tasty and so easy. I used tinned cherry tomatoes & some tomato paste. Will make this again. Thankyou.
This was delicious, thank you. It was on the sweet side but I may have used the wrong soup (it was a concentrate).
Will definitly make again
Nice and easy and very tasty
