One of my faves. I use dried red lentils without soaking them. Yum!
Very nice thank you for sharing!
Yum!
My favourite!!! Made it twice now! Have done both dried and tinned lentils and both work amazing! Lovely and filling! YUM
Such a tasy soup, made this for the boyfriend and his mum - who had never seen a Thermomix in action before! We were all fighting over the leftovers for lunch the next day!
Easy and yummy.
I pretty much followed the recipe, next time I will probably add a bit more lentils, and maybe cumin? I had this dish with cauliflower rice in the veroma, will defiantly be adding to my collection. Thank you!
Great recipe, very tasty and hearty. I used spicy chorizo, cut to medium sized slices and it gave it a nice warm kick. My only comments on the recipe would be to mention which steps the lentils go in (I put them in with the veggies) and how much olive oil to use (I chose 10g). Will add this recipe to my collection for sure.

Very tasty winter soup. The chorizo adds that extra oomph.
