Ingredients
Big Mac sauce
- 250 g mayonaise
- 4 tablespoons French Dressing, Homemade or bought
- 4 heaped tablespoons Pickle relish, I use branston pickle jar
- 1 small red onion
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan/Celtic Sea Salt
- Sprinkle of pepper to taste
Patties
- Error regarding big Mac sauce please only add 1 tablespoon of stevia
Beef patties
- 2 Red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 4 Sundried Tomatos, Large
- 2 teaspoons Worcesterchire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoons American Mustard
- 1 teaspoon himalyan pink salt
Bread rolls
- Make your own from the everyday cook book, Or buy from bakery
Topping
- Finely chopped lettuce
- Sliced pickles
- cheese
Meat
- 4 Scotch fillets, Beef

add pickle relish to thermomix sp 5/1min
add remaining ingredients except onion and mix 10sec"Counter-clockwise operation" sp 5.
Finely dice onion, add to thermomix bowl and mix 10sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" sp 4
place into air tight container and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
place red onions, garlic cloves and sun dried tomatoes in thermomix bowl. Blend 7secs/"No counter-clockwise operation" sp7. Set aside.
Place 4 scotch fillet beef patties in thermomix and mince (instructions in everyday cook book) they don't need to be frozen.
Place beef into bowl add all ingredients to beef and mix with clean hands. Note: test by cooking a little bit of the beef patties mixture, adjust flavour to your liking.
When ready, cook beef patties on stove in coconut oil Until golden brown.
When ens patties are cooked add cheese to the top whilst in the pan unail melted.
Assemble hamburgers with Big Mac sauce, lettuce and sliced pickles..

hi, I would double or even triple the recipe for the sauce and then freeze it in individual containers

Is there a way to make the sauce in bulk and store it? If so how long would it stay good?
