Ingredients
- 20 grams oil
- 600 grams chicken breast sliced
- 1/2 onion
- 3/4 Can creamed corn
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Salsa
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno chillis, diced
- tasty cheese (for topping)
- milk (for topping)
- Flour tortillas

Place onions into TM bowl and chop for 2-3 seconds on speed 6.
Add chicken and oil and saute for 6-7 minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" at 100oC on speed "Gentle stir setting" .
Add all other ingredients and cook 10 minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" at 100oC on speed "Gentle stir setting" .
TO SERVE
Make a sauce from 1 part Creamed Corn & 1 part Milk for topping and have some grated cheese ready.
Spoon the hot chicken mix into a 10" Flour Tortilla and roll up. Top with the sauce (above) and then top with cheese. Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted.
Serve with corn chips, shredded lettuce, grated carrot and grated cheese on the side.
