- 25 g GF Self Raising Flour
- 50 g GF soy sause
- 240 g pineapple juice
- 200 g pineapple pieces, fresh
- 55 g white vinigar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 10 g oilve oil
- 500 g Chicken Cubed
- 1/2 Red or Green Capsicum - thin sliced
- 1 onion - medium
- 1 carrot - thin sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- rice - as required

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
peel garlic + onion.
Place garlic in TM 6 sec speed 6, scrape down sides, add onion halved 2 sec speed 6, add oil, 90' 2min with MC off. Add diced chicken 90' speed - "Gentle stir setting" for 15 min. Add all remaining ingrediance ( except carrot + capsicum), turbo 1 pulse, add carrot and capsicum, cook for a further 5min at 90' "Gentle stir setting" .

Please Note: When you add the Chicken, you must then cook on Reverse!! This is not mentioned in the above recipe!! It still taste delicious, but it really alters the presentation of the recipe.
Other then the above, it is a delicious recipe, although it does take much longer to cook then I anticipated & you have to wait for the bowl to cool down to under 60' to be able to turbo (with TM5).
Overall, scrumptious recipe.
This is not fructose friendly as contains garlic and onion.
This was quite good. Once the chicken is added you need to cook on Reverse otherwise chicken shreds up and it ends up looking like soup.
