Very very nice! Will definitely be on my regular list
Made this tonight, added juice of 3 mandarins as I had no oranges. It tastes great!!
Needed to thicken, so just added corn flour mixed with water in the thermo server whilst waiting for the rice to finish.
Meat was tender, I used pork steaks and cut them up.
10 out of 10
Great taste, quick and easy to make.
One of my family favourites
Already cooked three times

Hello! Did you work out how to fix your chewy meat?? Mine was chewy as well... (flavour was delicious though....) Perhaps less cooking time for the pork, might try 8 minutes??
So....I thought I'd bought pork in my weekly shop🐷 - but no, I had chicken drumsticks, or lamb🙄. I opted to use the chicken, and threw some carrots and a bit of cornflour in at the sme time. A few minutes before the end I added bok choy along with the red pepper. I also used a bit less sugar & mustard 👉🏼 Seeded.
It was yummy, and oh so simple😋
Thank you💕
I make this all the time - the whole family love it and children ask for it.
I leave out the sugar and use less mustard.
Great easy recipe.
Had this for a quick dinner tonight with basmati rice. I will leave out the sugar & add a little salt next time I cook this. I also added a little cornflour to thicken the sauce.
Very Tasty!! Loved the flavours! Well worth a try
Ah! Where did I go wrong? Meat chewy and too much liquid. Any suggestions? As I think the flavour was good.
