- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 Cup Coconut oil
- salt & pepper, to taste

Pre heat oven 180 degrees and prepared a lined oven tray
Place 1/4 cup almond flour. coconut and salt and pepper into TM bowl and combine 3sec//speed 3
Set asidePlace chicken, 1/3 cup almond flour, onion powder, garlic, paprika, sea salt, pepper, and egg yolk
combine 10sec//speed 3In a pan melt coconut oil on a medium heat
Take 2 tablespoons worth of the chicken mixture and roll into a ball then coat with the coconut and almond mixture. Repeat until mixture is used. Cook in small batches 3 - 4mins each side. Transfers onto lined oven tray and place in oven for 5mins (or until chicken is cooked through)

Mix response- I thought these were great but my kids were not fans. I would probably call them more of a meatball though than nuggets
