Ingredients

  • 100 grams grass fed rump steak, fat removed
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 chilli
  • 50 grams cauliflower, Purple or plain cut into florets
  • 50 grams broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1000 grams water
  • salt and pepper to taste, I use a chilli lime himilayan salt made in TM for added flavour.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Rosemary and chilli to tm bowl and chop 5 seconds / speed 5. Set Aside.

    Place water in tm bowl, put on tm lid.

    Place steak into Varoma dish and top with salt, pepper, chilli and rosemary.

    Place broccoli & cauliflower into varoma tray, place varoma lid on and steam 20 minutes / Varoma / speed 3.

    Serve immediately.

Tip

Marinate steak in Tamari, Ginger and Garlic for added flavour.
