Ingredients
- 300 grams Cheddar cheese
- 500 grams Penne Pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, (peeled)
- 1 brown onion, (peeled and halved)
- 25 grams EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 green capsicum, (diced)
- 200 grams bacon, (diced OR use TM)
- 1 packet hot dog frankfurts, (sliced)
- 2 400g tin diced tomatoes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Grate cheese - 7 seconds at speed 8 (set aside)
3. Cook pasta - cook in TM as per instructions in EDC and keep warm in Thermoserver
4. Add garlic and onion and chop 2 seconds at speed 7
5. Add oil and saute 2 mins 100C speed 1
6. Add capsicum and saute again 2 mins 100C speed1
7. Add bacon (can chop prior in TM 5 seconds at speed 5) and saute 4 mins 100C speed 2
8. Add hot dog franks and cook 4 mins 100C "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 2
9. Add tins of diced tomatoes and cook 12 mins 100C "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
10. Combine sauce and pasta well, placing all in casserole dish then adding grated cheese to top
11. Bake in oven for 20-25min until golden brown
**Uncertain the origin of this recipe but my mother has been making the non TM version since I was a kid! So yummy!

My son loved this! I found the frankfurts disintergrated. Are they supposed to be sliced or in Chunks?
My frankfurt pack is 1kg. Is that right? Also 500g of pasta seems heaps. Going to make a few meals for sure! Smells good so far
