Hi WoollyWoollyWombat, I haven't converted this to GF myself, but here is Jamie's own GF pizza dough recipe. He basically uses GF flour mixture and some Xanthan gum. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/recipe/gluten-free-pizza/#lG1hWpY1hQX0lw7b.97
You may already have looked this up; here is Jo Whitton's advice on converting recipes to GF: http://www.quirkycooking.com.au/substitutes-recipe-conversions/wheat/
and here's her own recipe for a GF pizza base:http://www.quirkycooking.com.au/2011/01/gluten-free-pizza-base/
Here's an interesting one I found on the Minimalist Baker that needs conversion and uses a classic GF flour mixture of 1 cup white rice flour + 1 cup brown rice flour + 1 cup tapioca flour + 3/4 tsp xanthan gumhttps://minimalistbaker.com/the-best-gluten-free-pizza-crust-sauce/
Please post here if you come up with a good conversion from any of these.
Bon appétit !

So pleased you like the recipe, MegT! It's such a joy to be able to convert recipes to our Best Friend in the Kitchen and share them with other Thermomix users. And what a great idea to cook your pizza in a covered barbecue. I'll have to try it myself. Bon appétit !
