- 15 grams King of Taste Sauce
- 15 grams light soy sauce, Premium Lee Kum Kee
- 23 grams fish sauce
- 23 grams oyster sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 7 grams chicken powder
- 3 grams Mushroom Bouillon
- 10 grams salt
- 25 grams white sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 piece onion
- 15 grams oil, (can be combination of lard, garlic oil or chicken oil)
- 200 grams boneless skinless chicken thigh
- 100 grams shrimps
- 50 grams sausage, slice
- 50 grams meatballs
- 10 grams shaoxing wine
- 100 grams carrots, slice
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 50 grams chinese mustard greens
- 50 grams baby corn
- 100 grams fresh mushrooms, (straw / shitake / jelly ear)
- mixture of sauces
- 900 grams water
- 100 grams water
- 60 grams tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- mixture of tapioca & water

- Place bowl on top of mixing bowl lid and measure: 15 grams King of Taste Sauce, 15 grams Light Soy Sauce, 15 grams Premium Lee Kum Kee, 23grams Fish sauce, 23 grams Oyster sauce, 3/4tsp ground white pepper, 7 grams Chicken Powder, 3 grams Mushroom Bouillon, 10 grams Salt, 25 grams White Sugar, mix well with spatula and set it aside.
- Place 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 piece onion. Chop 3sec / sp.7
- Scrape down and pour 15 grams oil(can be combination of lard, garlic oil or chicken oil) and cook 3 min / 120 C / sp. spoon
- Add 200 grams boneless skinless chicken thigh, 100 grams shrimps, 50 grams sausage, 50 grams meatballs, 10 grams Shaoxing Wine. Cook 5 min / 120 C / reverse / sp. spoon. while opening the measuring cup.
- Place a bowl on top of mixing bowl lid and measure 100 grams water, 60 grams Tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix well with spatula.
- Add 100 grams carrots, 100 grams cauliflower, 50 grams chinese mustard greens, 50 grams baby corn, 100 grams fresh mushrooms (straw / shitake / jelly ear), mixture of sauces, 900 grams water. Cook 10 min / 120 C / reverse / sp. spoon with measuring cup on. On the 5th minute, slowly drip the mixture of tapioca & water on the mixing bowl lid without opening the measuring cup.
- Please check whether the vegetables are soft enough. Add more cooking time if necessary.
