- 4 pieces red chilli, dried
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp salt

- add 40 grams of fresh curry leaves
add 40 grams chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal
3 pieces red chilli
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp salt
close the lid without measuring cup
cook at 120'c 15 minutes (Dry Roasting)
step 2
add dessicated coconut and cook further for 5 minutes @ 120'c
step 3
close lid with measuring cup and coarse grind 45 seconds - speed 6.5 to 10 gradually increasing the speed.
transfer to a air tight container and can be stored on shelf for two weeks

serve with rice and ghee
