Moroccon Stew
- 1 small onion, Quartered
- 1 carrot, Roughly chopped
- 2 clove garlic
Spices
- 5 gram Rice Bran Oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Other
- 230 g cauliflower
- 1 tsp TM vegie stock concentrate, (or Chicken Stock)
- 1 Cup water
- 150 g red lentils, Well Washed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 70 g tomato paste

Add Onion, Carrot and Garlic to TM Bowl. Chop 5sec, Speed 5
Scrape Down
Add all ingredients from Spices section and Saute 3min, Varoma Speed 1
Add Cauliflower and chop 5sec, Speed 5
Add rest of Other Ingredients and simmer 60 minutes 90 degrees Speed 1.5 or until tender
Serve with Gluten Free Bread, Wraps, Rice or Corn Chips
Tip
You could grind your own spices prior to starting recipe for even greater depth of flavour
