- 1 garlic clove
- 2 leeks, chopped, roughly
- 2 level tablespoon olive oil, or water for fat free version
- 2 bayleaves
- 3 level tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 300 g quinoa seed or, or sprouted brown rice, arborio or any medium grain rice
- 1 litre Vegetable broth, or water with 2tbs vege stock concentrate
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, or 200g baby spinach
- mineral salt, and pepper to taste
- Almond Parmesan
Almond Parmesan
- 1/2 Lemon, Rind only
- 150 g almonds
- 2 level tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mineral salt

If using Quinoa, rinse well and soak in adequate water for 15 min, then
drain and rinse once more.Chop Garlic for 5 sec/speed 9
Add leeks and chop 5 sec /speed5
Add oil or 2 tbs water and saute 2 mins/100°C /speed 1
Add Quinoa, or rice, and bayleaves saute 2 mins/100°C / "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add stock, Nutritional yeast and cook for 10mins /100°C / "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add peas, cook 5 mins /100°C / "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add parsley or spinach to Thermoserver and pour Quinoa mixture over,
folding through gentlyLet set a few minutes and serve topped with Almond Parmesan
Grate lemon for 10 sec/speed 8
Add remaining ingredients and pulse 2-3 sec/Turbo til desired texture
Store in an airtight container in the fridge

Am I missing something, or is the amount of peas not listed? I'm cooking this at the moment, just going to wing it.

If using rice, cook for 5 minutes longer before adding peas.
