I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add onion and garlic to bowl. Chop 2 seconds on speed 5. Add bacon and chop 2 seconds on speed 5. Onions and garlic should be diced and bacon should still be a little chunky!
Add oil. Sauté 100c, 3 mins sp 1
Add water, evaporated milk, stock, salt & pepper, parsley and pasta. Cook for 22 mins, temp 100
When finished, pour in to Thermoserver and let sit for 10 mins before serving to let the pasta absorb the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with garlic bread.

Sadly not great for us.... we found it didn't have a strong enough flavour, other than of stock. I also found the cooking time too long as the pasta had all broken down and gone mushy. I may tweak it a little to see if I can make it tastier as I do like a one pot pasta dish!
Made this for the second time tonight. I only used one clove of garlic and didn't chop the bacon etc quite as long and it was better for us but was still yummy the first time! So easy and made with pantry items. A winner!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome! Well it's not recommended to freeze evaporated milk or cream etc as freezing changes its physical properties (color, flavor, texture) so if you thaw it out, it may not look (or taste) like the yummy pasta that you froze in the first place!
On the other hand, perhaps you could make the sauce (minus the pasta and the chicken) and vacuum seal it in jars at home to use
Hi I made this with chicken it was great. Just wanting to know can you freeze it
