Sadly not great for us.... we found it didn't have a strong enough flavour, other than of stock. I also found the cooking time too long as the pasta had all broken down and gone mushy. I may tweak it a little to see if I can make it tastier as I do like a one pot pasta dish!

Made this for the second time tonight. I only used one clove of garlic and didn't chop the bacon etc quite as long and it was better for us but was still yummy the first time! tmrc_emoticons.) So easy and made with pantry items. A winner!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome! Well it's not recommended to freeze evaporated milk or cream etc as freezing changes its physical properties (color, flavor, texture) so if you thaw it out, it may not look (or taste) like the yummy pasta that you froze in the first place!

On the other hand, perhaps you could make the sauce (minus the pasta and the chicken) and vacuum seal it in jars at home to use  Big Smile
