Ingredients
Sauce
- 500 g Fettucine
- 100 g champagne (or sparkling wine)
- 1 red capsicum, quartered, large
- 60 g Cashews, raw
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g olive oil
- 200 g sliced mushrooms, swiss brown and oyster or a mixture of your choice.

Boil a pot of salted water for your fettucine and cook as per packet instructions.
1. Add cashews to TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9. Set aside.
2. Add garlic and red capsicum to TM bowl and chop for 7 seconds on speed 7.
3. Add olive oil and cook for 4 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
4. Add mushrooms, cream, ground cashews, champagne and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on reverse for 7 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
5. Pour over cooked pasta and enjoy!

I used 300g cream. I didnt use nuts so I needs a roux to thicken
Sorry ladies. The ingredients should include 100g of cream.
This recipe has cream in it but there is no cream in the ingredient list. It was yummy!
How much cream would that be?
