I tried this as per the recipe and found it an unusual taste. Unfortunately it didn't go down well with the family tmrc_emoticons.( which is a shame because it is a creative use of low sal ingredients.

Hi, I tried this recipe last week and unfortunately none of my family liked it tmrc_emoticons.(  I think perhaps the citric acid was too strong for our liking.  It was a very unusual tasting sauce.  Has anyone else tried this and liked it?

I'm new to this world and just wondering if you could confirm if the mung bean pasta is failsafe?  Or at least low sal?  I know mung bean sprouts are but can't find anything about dried mung beans.  I really hope it's ok cause I love the stuff and this recipe sounds great!
