Ingredients
KFC Style Zinger Sauce
- 100g --- ketchup
- 125g mayonnaise
- 2 level tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 level teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 level tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 level tablespoons chilli sauce, Can reduce or increase according to taste
- 1/2 level teaspoons chilli flake, dried
- 1 pinches salt
- 1 level teaspoons Kfc spice mix, Optional

- Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix 20sec speed5
Scrape the mixing bowl and repeat if necessary untill the sauce in well blended.
Step 2
Store in a jar or airtight container untill ready to use ( best to prepare at 1 to 2 hours before using, so the sauce will deepen the flavour while in the fridge).
Note. Leftover sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
